Returns ~ Due to health regulations we cannot accept returns or exchanges of our products unless the product is defective. 

Please measure your dog and make sure that he/she will fit within the product dimensions provided on our website.  Pay close attention to internal and external measurements of the bed.

Also note that fabric colors are to be used as a guideline only. Colors will vary depending on the resolution of your computer monitor.

Damages ~ We cannot be responsible for products that have been damaged by your pet.  Our beds are durable, but certainly not indestructible.  The size, age, and behavioral traits of your pet should be considered when selecting a bed.  For instance, you may want to purchase a wire crate, as opposed to a soft-sided crate, for a puppy that is still in a chewing stage.
